Putting yourself out there is the only way to make any real progress.
Be that going out and talking to people, picking up the phone or doing something else that will give you the tangible feedback that’s necessary for progress.
So if you run a business, it will come in the form of sales. If you’re on a path to better health, it might come in the form of going out there for a run or swim or joining a gym or whatever. You get the idea.
Comfort leads to complacency.
DISCOMFORT is where growth is.
So, make friends with your discomfort if you want to progress, if you want to do bigger and better things, if you want to be better.
Start small. Then build on it.
Stretch your comfort zone.
