Some of these snacks are easier to make than others. The same goes in terms of how healthy they are – some are healthier than others. That said, as long as you are not having them every day, the odd indulgence is ok – after all, denying yourself the odd treat often leads to overeating, so controlled indulgence is not a bad thing (which is the whole point of cheat days after all).
