Some of these snacks are easier to make than others. The same goes in terms of how healthy they are – some are healthier than others. That said, as long as you are not having them every day, the odd indulgence is ok – after all, denying yourself the odd treat often leads to overeating, so controlled indulgence is not a bad thing (which is the whole point of cheat days after all). Also, if you are concerned about the health aspect (not a bad thing), you can certainly make these recipes more healthy by doing things like using healthier oil, using less oil and fat (nonstick pans are very useful for that), reducing the sugar and salt content, etc.
By the way, if you want more sweet recipes (especially for those among you with a sweet-tooth ;)), especially recipes that are simple and easy to make, check out these easy microwave cake recipes.
