If you have a fear of success, or a fear of failure, then getting a good life coach can be really beneficial. A life coach can help you in determining what you truly want from life and what’s stopping you from achieving them. That can give you the clarity you need to finally overcome the fears you might have regarding success or failure.
Reading books and/or articles can enlighten you on how to overcome fears in your life. There are tons of useful information that can you can easily access online. In fact, that’s what you are doing right now and see how that’s benefiting you. Reading can not just give you new tools, it can also help you get perspective and awareness about your fears, which is valuable for overcoming your fears.
15. Take action
Sometimes fears are created by our imagination. These are known as perceived threats, and they seem scarier than they actually are. One of the best ways to overcome such perceived fears is to meet them head on. Face your fears and take action, don’t let fear control you and your life.
16. Watch stuff
Watching documentaries and/or movies can be both informative, and educational. When you watch a movie that’s about your fear, it can help you to become desensitized about it. Pray for guidance on how to start overcoming your fear. Ask your heart/God/the universe, what purpose those fears have in your life. What message are they trying to convey? Surrendering to a higher power can bring you comfort and assurance, and help you overcome your fear.

Have a think about the worst that can happen – reflect on this whenever you feel your fear. Sometimes the fear of what might happen is way worse than what actually can happen, and examining the worst case scenarios can help you get valuable insights into the matter.
